Sienna

Sienna is the western edge of our map, out past Rosharon along the Brazos. It's a large master-planned community where most roofs went on inside the last twenty years, which changes what we find when we get up there.

New-build roofs fail differently than old ones. Instead of worn-out shingle we're usually looking at ventilation that was under-specified, boots that hardened early, or nail placement that a production crew rushed. Those are cheaper problems if you catch them before they leak.

Sienna, Riverstone, Sienna Point and the wider Missouri City area also send us cabinetry and remodel work, most often from homeowners replacing a builder package that never quite fit the room.
