Villco Roofing & Construction is run by Jose Villanueva out of Alvin, Texas. What started with roofing grew the way trade work usually does around here: a homeowner asks whether you can also redo the kitchen while you're at it, then whether you can build the shop out back, then whether you can make the cabinets instead of ordering them. The answer kept being yes, and the company grew into four trades under one name.
That breadth is the point. A roof replacement, a bathroom gut, a metal building on a new slab, and a run of custom cabinets are four different jobs, but they're one schedule and one point of contact when the same company does all four. You don't chase three contractors or arbitrate between them when something doesn't line up.
