Manvel

Manvel has grown faster than almost anywhere in Brazoria County, and the new rooftops in Pomona, Meridiana, Sedona Lakes and Rodeo Palms are now old enough to have taken real hail. Builder-grade roofs age quickly here, and ventilation is the most common thing we find under-specified.

The other half of our Manvel work happens on the acreage between the subdivisions: shops, barns and covered storage. We handle those from the slab up, checking setbacks and permit requirements before anyone orders steel.

Inside the house, Manvel clients mostly want the builder finishes gone. Kitchen and bath remodels and custom cabinetry replace the three-inch-increment boxes with runs that actually fit the room.
