Liverpool

Liverpool is a short run south of Alvin down FM 528, close enough that we're often there the same day we get the call. It's a small community with a lot of older roofs and a lot of open exposure, which is a combination that produces wind damage.

Being near Chocolate Bayou means humidity and salt air on top of the usual heat. Fasteners, flashing and ventilation all matter more here, and cheap materials do not last as long as their warranty claims they will.

We also build a fair number of shops and equipment buildings out this way, and handle remodels and cabinetry for homeowners who would rather hire the crew already working down the road than bring someone out from Houston.
