Dickinson

Dickinson has taken more water than most towns on this stretch of coast, and homes here have often been repaired more than once. That history matters when you open a roof: previous work is not always previous good work, and we photograph what we find before we cover it back up.

Between the historic downtown, Bay Colony and Bayou Lakes, the housing runs across half a century of construction standards. Older homes get decking and flashing attention; newer ones usually need ventilation corrected and boots replaced.

Remodeling work in Dickinson leans toward kitchens and bathrooms, often as part of putting a house properly back together. We handle the waterproofing behind the tile the way it should have been done the first time.
